Overview
Agent Smith is in beta and remains under active development.
That means parts of the Service may still change quickly, and some features may be refined, limited, replaced, or removed as the platform improves.
What beta means
Because Agent Smith is still evolving:
- features may change without prior notice
- some features may be incomplete, unstable, or temporarily unavailable
- parts of the Service may behave unexpectedly
- interruptions, bugs, or degraded performance may occur
- some workflows may not yet be fully consistent across all users, workspaces, or environments
In short, beta means the platform is usable, but not final.
Availability and stability
We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, or full feature stability during beta.
From time to time, we may deploy fixes, changes, experiments, or product updates that affect how parts of the Service work.
Data and backups
While we take product integrity seriously, beta conditions carry more risk than a fully mature release.
You should keep your own backups of any information, files, or outputs that are important to you. Do not treat Agent Smith as your only source of truth for critical content or business records.
No sole reliance for critical decisions
You should not rely on Agent Smith alone for important legal, financial, tax, accounting, HR, compliance, or strategic decisions.
Beta features, including AI-assisted features, may produce incomplete, inaccurate, or changing outputs. Human judgment and independent review remain important.
Feedback and issue reporting
Beta is also a learning phase.
If you notice bugs, broken behavior, confusing UX, missing safeguards, or anything that feels off, please report it to support@agentsmith.ch. Your feedback helps improve the platform and shape future releases.
Changes during beta
Agent Smith may change significantly during beta, including in design, workflows, AI behavior, feature availability, commercial structure, and technical implementation.
We may update this notice as the beta program evolves.
