    Accepting an invitation

    When you accept a workspace invitation in Agent Smith:

    • you will authenticate using your email address
    • your account will be connected to the invited workspace
    • you will join that workspace with the role assigned in the invitation

    What may be visible

    After you join, certain account, profile, or contact details may become visible to workspace members, depending on workspace settings and visibility rules.

    This may include, for example:

    • your email address
    • your name or nickname
    • limited profile details associated with your account

    Information shown before acceptance

    Before you accept, Agent Smith may display limited invitation or workspace information so you can understand what you are joining.

    This may include, for example:

    • the workspace name
    • the role assigned to you
    • the email address the invitation was sent to
    • basic invitation status or expiry information
